Walking Barefoot on Grass – Communication with Nature

I guess it is time to divulge ourselves back to our past, under all our insecurities and tonnes of processed food we have constantly been feeding our life with, under all negative self-belief, radiation, political propaganda, and reach back to what we indeed are.

We are merely hiding behind different masks we continue to display and wear each day. Stress, at every stage, is on a record high.

But, interestingly or uninterestingly, our brain and our soul is dying for natural medicine, hence why most of our holidays are usually by the beach, amongst flowing rivers, or hidden in snowy mountains for Mother Earth to heal our body naturally.

Communication with Nature is the purest way that really allows you to connect with your highest self. It is something that can only be felt.
Switch off your cell phone during the holidays. Walk barefoot on the ground. Print this article rather than swiping and reading it. Surrender to the stones that may kiss you and feel your soul come back alive! Walking barefoot in grass is recommended for everyone, especially those living a routine work life (9-6).

Back in the day, people love the soil. They sat on the ground with the environment as the bed, feeling close to a mothering power. It was good for the skin to touch the Earth, and the older adults liked to remove their moccasins and walk with their bare feet on our beautiful Earth. The soil was strengthening, soothing, healing, and cleansing. Sadly, our modern lifestyle has increasingly separated us from this flow of subtle universal Earth Energy. This is our missing ingredient in life.

During your lunch breaks, set free, find the closest park, kick off your shoes, and enjoy! Walk or sit barefoot on the grass, sand, gravel, or unpainted concrete for 30 minutes daily. Your body will be so grateful to reset and rejuvenate for the rest of the day!
