Overcoming Fear And Achieving Your Goals Starts Between your Ears

Only we can escape our prison and four walls and have freedom, nobody else. What I mean by prison and four walls is fears of things, limitations, and fears of failure and success. When I genuinely think of constraints and limits, though, they frankly start “between the ears and in the thinking organ for me, though.” Yes, our greatest weaknesses and strengths come from ourselves and nowhere else, and if we are looking outside of ourselves, we are wasting our time. What is outside of us is a symbol; our real self is the true temple of the living God in us and around us.

What I just penned above seems extreme, but it has the reality and merit of being the truth. Like anyone, at times, I have looked to others and “outside” for my answers only to be powerfully and genuinely disillusioned. Indeed, the only true appointment we have is not with some outer “guru,” it is with ourselves. The meaning of the word guru in Sanskrit is a sort of parent of mind, and only you within can become the master of your mind.

Whenever we are scared, a threat stimulus, such as the sight of a predator, triggers a fear response in the brain, which activates areas involved in preparation for motor functions involved in fight or flight. So only we as conscious, reasoning, and thinking spiritual beings can find answers to fear & it is our thinking organs and our ears that can decide our conclusion.

How to Remove Fear?

If you’re wondering how to remove fear, you’re not alone. Many people struggle with this limiting emotion and have difficulty finding ways to overcome it. In this article, we’ll discuss the steps you can take to overcome your fears. By the time you finish reading, you’ll be able to deal with any fear you’re experiencing in a new way. You’ll no longer have to live with the anxiety that plagues you.

One of the first things you need to do is take a step back from your fear. If you’re feeling scared, ask yourself if the fear is real. If so, take action immediately and don’t wait to see whether it subsides. Similarly, if you’re feeling scared of something, you must make a plan for what you should do next. For example, if you’re afraid of speaking in front of a group of people, write a list of the things you’re thankful for, and look at it whenever you’re in a bad mood.

Finally, don’t underestimate the power of your thoughts. Fear is simply a reflection of what you’ve been thinking about something. When we don’t trust ourselves, we’ll be ruled by fear. Ultimately, we must believe in our ability to make the right decision. When we trust our own instincts, we’re much more likely to make the right decisions. Instead of worrying about what other people think, we should listen to our inner voice. It’s the only way to get rid of fear.

When faced with a frightening situation, we should stay calm and try to face it. Try not to analyse the situation or project scenarios in our head – this will only increase our fear. When faced with an uncomfortable situation, we can usually see good things happening. We can even stop panic attacks and make better decisions. And if we’re able to confront our fears, we can eventually eliminate them. The key to overcoming fear is to allow yourself to experience what you’re afraid of.

The first step in removing fear is to acknowledge the thoughts and emotions associated with it. By facing the fear, we can begin to identify the limiting beliefs that prevent us from living in a way that we’re truly happy. When we can’t face our fears, it’s time to accept that they’re there. By embracing them, we can move on. And if we don’t, we can’t move past them.

The second step in overcoming fear is to make it a habit. When you feel a fear coming on, try to act normally. By acting normally, you’ll be sending your brain the signals it needs to feel good. In this way, you’ll be less likely to give in to your feelings. This is a way to overcome fear, and it can lead to a happier, more confident you. Once you’ve overcome your fears, you’ll be able to move on with your life.

Using a positive mindset to deal with fear is an essential step in overcoming this limiting emotion. This process helps you think positively and eliminates your negative thoughts and emotions. During this process, you’ll feel a rush of happiness and joy. When you do, you’ll feel more confident, happier, and more motivated than ever before. In addition, you’ll be more likely to be able to handle stress in a healthy way.

Another helpful way to deal with your fears is to take small steps. Start with the first step and stay in that position long enough to notice your anxiety diminish. The longer you remain in a situation, the lower the chance of experiencing fear. This will also help you learn how to reduce anxiety and other negative emotions. You’ll be able to retrain your brain to think more positively. The key is to be curious and not dwell on your fears.

Identifying your fears requires a deeper level of analysis than simply letting your emotions dictate your behavior. The process is never comfortable, but identifying your fears will help you overcome them. The more you identify your fears, the stronger you’ll feel. If you’re unsure about what you’re afraid of, write down your answers. This is a way to learn to remove fear. But it’s not easy. It will take time and effort to overcome your fear.
