  • 1/4 cup coconut cream or coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 mango pureed
  • 1 tsp grated coconut


  1. Puree the mango using a spoon. Let it be of thick consistency and not watery.
  2. Mix coconut cream/milk, chia seeds, mango puree in a bowl.
  3. There is no need to pre-soak the chia seeds
  4. Mix well, and refrigerate
  5. Once the pudding is set and the texture is set, serve cold.
  6. Serve cold with a garnishing of grated coconut or almond shavings.
