- 1/4 cup coconut cream or coconut milk
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 mango pureed
- 1 tsp grated coconut
- Puree the mango using a spoon. Let it be of thick consistency and not watery.
- Mix coconut cream/milk, chia seeds, mango puree in a bowl.
- There is no need to pre-soak the chia seeds
- Mix well, and refrigerate
- Once the pudding is set and the texture is set, serve cold.
- Serve cold with a garnishing of grated coconut or almond shavings.
