- 1/2 cup berry (any berry will do)
- 1 lemon zest
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp Honey (optional for those who like it sweet)
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
- There is no need to pre-soak the chia seeds
- Mix well, and refrigerate
- Once the pudding is set and the texture is set, serve cold.
- Serve cold with a garnishing of almond shavings or cereal.
