Ingredients
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/2 tsp honey
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
Method
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
- There is no need to pre-soak the chia seeds
- Mix well, and refrigerate
- Once the pudding is set and the texture is set, serve cold.
- Serve cold with an optional garnishing of almond shavings or powdered cinnamon.
