Ingredients
- 1 medium sized carrot
- 1 onion
- 1/4th capsicum (green bell pepper)
- 1/2 tomato
- 3 cheese cubes (not mozarella, plain cheese)
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1 tsp butter/clarified butter (ghee)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Procedure
- Grate the carrot.
- Chop the onion into into really small fine pieces.
- Repeat the same with the capsicum and tomato.
- Grate the cheese
- Heat 1 tsp of oil on the pan.
- Add all the veggies together and stir them well for 7-8 min (until the rawness goes).
- Add 1/4 tsp salt once it’s just about cooked – the cooked veggies need to be fairly soft and yet crunchy.
- Add the grated cheese and mix it with the veggies till it melts and blends well.
- Meanwhile, get the bread ready. Coat the bread slices with some clarified butter/regular butter on both the sides.
- Heat the slices on a pan till the bread is golden-brown.
- Now put the bread slices on a plate (1 on top of the other) and fill it with the vegetable mix in the middle
- Serve with ketchup or a side of fries.
