What the heck is Customer Discovery?
It’s a process for listening to customers before we build something. Businesses don’t typically do this, or if they do, it’s just confirmation bias. A great Customer Discovery process helps us avoid making something no one wants.

Well, we don’t want to bias you too much, so all we can say is that it’s related to headphones but is entirely new to the world.
What all is involved in a Customer Discovery interview?
Thirty minutes of your time on a video call.
We prefer face-to-face so that we can get to know you a bit. Too much business is done on the end of email when really, amazing products are all about connecting people with people.
We’ll get to know you better, and then ask you some questions about how you use headphones today, and then tell you a little about our idea, and then ask you some questions about our idea.

Oh yeah, when is this product being developed or launched?
Well, that depends an awful lot on what we learn from you. Fledging likes to work smart and move fast. We do want to launch sometime in 2020 if our research holds up.
