The International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP) https://www.iaotp.com  is an international boutique networking organization that handpicks the worlds finest, most prestigious top professionals from different industries.  These top professionals are given an opportunity to collaborate, share their ideas, be keynote speakers and to help influence others in their fields.

This organization is not a membership that anyone can join.  You have to be asked by the President or be nominated by a distinguished honorary member after a brief interview.

With almost 2 decades of experience, IAOTP’s group of publishers, IT experts, PR, Marketing and Branding professionals, have helped thousands of top prestigious professionals get the recognition and credibility that they deserve and have helped in building their branding empires.  Our company prides itself to be a one of a kind boutique networking organization who hand picks only the best of the best and creates a networking platform that connects and brings these top professionals to one place.

We caught up with Stephanie Cirami and this is what she shared up with us.

What was the inspiration behind founding the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP)?

had worked for other publishing companies that recognized professionals by just putting their name in a book.  I knew that professionals of such high caliber needed to not only be recognized on a more dynamic level but also needed to come meet other like minded professionals face to face.  There are so many organizations just for doctors, lawyers, educators etc. we needed an international platform to bring the worlds most outstanding professionals from every industry to one place! It is amazing to see what started as seeing the concept of professionals needing human connection developed into. The entrusted business relationships between our members from opposite sides of the world in different industries, the friendships that have been made…..IAOTP members have become family and each one of their stories are truly inspirational and I am honored that we get to share their experiences with the world.

What is the secret to your success?

I was once told by a great mentor of mine, to measure ones success you do not measure money in the account or how many degrees a person has…..you look at their “collection of people” because in order to be successful in life you need to surround yourself with the people you find to be the most successful. Always keep learning, always stay humble and gracious…..Because no one appreciates a know it all……it takes a village. Also using your platform to pay it forward,  I believe is a major key component to measure your success.

What are some of the key elements that you look for when selecting through the thousands of nominations that are submitted to you every month?

We look for how the nominee has made an impact on their industry or how they are moving towards influencing the industry. Then we look for how the nominee is active in other organizations and how they have made a difference in their communities. We look at years of experience, education, non-profit or charity work, if they are published or do keynote speaking and other awards they may have won.

How do you find time to balance your personal life with your business life?

I always feel there is never enough time in a day especially being a mom of two kids and operating an international organization,  But time is the most valuable possession we have in this world. So no matter what I May be in the middle of doing or how slammed with work I May be, when I get home to my husband and children its all about them. My family is my support system we just make it work and when I have to travel I bring the kids with me so they can explore the world with me.

Bonus Question:

If you had to pick your top restaurant in the city that you like to unwind, where would it be and why?

There are too many restaurants that I love in the city to just pick one. But my favorite spot is the Chart House that overlooks NYC although it’s considered in New Jersey. The food the ambiance and the views are just so incredible.
