These children usually do less interaction in their schools. They have a fear of getting acquainted with people. For this fear, they may get a little hyper and cry or freeze up in some cases. 

Separation Anxiety Disorder 

This is anxiety where children think that they will get separated from their close people. They face extreme fear inside that their family members may die or they may leave them. These children usually go through different nightmares that provoke separation. 

They might also face nausea. You may also hear from your children that they are suffering from bad headaches. These symptoms can be seen in the children of 1 year to 3 years. Sometimes the older children may also suffer from this. 

Specific Phobia 

There are children who are afraid of different things. You kid may have fear for not finding the road to home. Your child may also have fear of height or water or anything. When these kinds of fear remain in a child for the long term, the fear turns into a phobia. These fears are not limited and in these situations, children try to act clingy to their close people. 

Panic Disorder 

There are kids that may suffer recurring panic attacks. If your kid has any disorder like this, he will complain you for his sufferings. This can lead to heat sensation or fear of dying. The children may feel that they are not getting proper oxygen or they are having chest pain. 

How to Help Kids having Anxiety 

You may think that your children are little and the problems will sort out by themselves. You have to be very careful about the future of your children because if you avoid the symptoms now then in the future your kid will turn into a mental patient. You can also take care of your children by yourself. Try to make a situation where your children can talk to you about different things. Play with them and talk with keep. Keep an eye on them.
